The Quality Assurance Division is committed to the agency's mission to deliver an efficient and comprehensive individualized programming. ANIBIC programs operate under the auspices of OMRDD (Office of Metal Retardation and Developmental Disabilities) and NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. The division works collaboratively with all programs to ensure that the services delivered comply with best standards and practices in the field and ones that meet regulatory requirements. The division provides ongoing oversight to all the programs, including: regulatory supports and staff training. The consumer satisfaction survey that the division conducts annually is one of the methods used to ensure that services delivered by the programs meet the satisfaction of the individuals that we serve.
