We offer many options, one is just right for you. ANIBIC’s Residential program is compromised of Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA) apartments and houses in Queens. The residential programs offer persons with developmental disabilities the opportunity to live as independently as possible within their community. It is our mission to provide every person an individualized treatment plan, with life experiences that are enriching and meaningful, that are directed towards helping them attain their life goals.

Every person’s input is encouraged in developing the physical setting and social make-up of their home. It is our goal that every person’s home is nurturing, comfortable, secure and feels like “home”.

ANIBIC takes great pride in our commitment to the principles of person-centered planning. We provide the programs with well-trained and highly qualified staff members and clinical support. The services are delivered based on best practices. Supervision and support from staff are provided based on therapeutic needs of each individual.

The program is available to individuals 21 and over who have a documented diagnosis of a developmental disability, who have Medicaid, and who are waiver eligible.
